We typically ship all orders within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
Brisco’s prefers to use FedEx as our shipping provider, however some items may warrant shipping via other methods, we will always update your shipping details with the provider prior to shipping your order.

Brisco’s ships most packages directly from our store via FedEx, rates will be provided when checking out from the store checkout page. FedEx will reach the vast majority of the United States within 1-5 business days. They offer the reliability we have come to expect from shippers.
Brisco’s will on occasion ship items directly from our vendors to your home, via our Drop Shipping services. These services allow us to offer you a greater supply of products or may help us fulfill your order when our in store inventory is lower than expected. We have negotiated with several of our suppliers to offer this service, in these cases your items will still calculate shipping on our website however they may arrive by either UPS or USPS. In these cases Brisco’s will never charge you the difference should the shipping be greater, and will do our best to refund you should the shipping be less than our cart has calculated. In either case we will notify you via order updates.
When will my item arrive?
FedEx will reach most residential addresses within 1-5 business days, recently FedEx has opened up Ground Deliveries to Residential Addresses 7 days a week, this will help to ensure your items arrive typically faster than the 5 business days projected above. You can use the map below as a point of reference for when your items will arrive. Please Note: FedEx deliveries may be delayed due to inclement weather, and or due to events in various areas around the country, in those cases FedEx will typically notify us of any shipment delays and we will provide an update via order updates.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Brisco’s and our suppliers will make every effort to ensure your items are packaged securely, however we know things may happen outside of our control. Reach out to our Customer Service Professionals if your item arrives damaged, and or refuse the delivery if you are home from FedEx. You have the right to inspect the package while the driver is making your delivery if you suspect damage. Brisco’s will file a claim with FedEx and will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
I got an item I didn’t order?
Woops! We do our best to ensure you receive the items you ordered, if we made a mistake and accidentally sent an item you didn’t order or you received a totally different item, Brisco’s will pay the return shipping fee for you to return the item, and we will immediately process a replacement shipment.
