Brisco’s will need to issue you an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization Number) in order to make returns from our website, items on our site may have specific returns instructions or restocking fees depending on who fulfills your order.

How to make a return?

If you have an item that you need to return please Contact Us so we can issue you a RMA number for your return.  Some items depending on who fulfills your order will have a restocking fee deducted from your return.  Brisco’s will in its best efforts let customers know if an item can be returned and what items have a restocking fee on the product details page.

My item was damaged what do I do?

If your item was damaged in shipment please refer to our “Shipping and Handling” page for more details on how we handle shipment damages.

I need to make an exchange, now what?

If you would like to make an exchange please “Contact Us” so we can issue you an RMA number for your return or exchange, we will ship the replacement or exchange to you once we receive your item back.

Returns item conditions.

The original item must be in new resellable condition with all packaging and any applicable paperwork, manuals, books, etc.  Items returned with any of these items missing will be rejected.  Your item must be in new resellable condition for Brisco’s to exchange or return the item.

I got the wrong item, now what?

Brisco’s will replace the item and pay the return shipping on the incorrect item, the incorrect item must be in new resellable condition with all accessories, manuals, books etc.  Items returned missing any of these items will be rejected.

Items received without an RMA number.

Items received back at Brisco’s without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.

Food / Bath and Body Items / Consumables

Brisco’s will not accept returns on any Food Items, Bath and Body Products, or Consumables, because these items cannot be resold once they leave our facility.
